I'm Robert Pedigo—an HR data analyst with 15+ years of experience building reports, integrating data, and making HRIS platforms actually useful.

My career has been spent inside enterprise HR data. I've built SuccessFactors reports at Lam Research and Southern California Edison, created analytics dashboards at Grainger using Tableau and SAP HCM, managed engagement survey data at Kincentric (Aon), and supported HRIS systems at Walgreens through acquisitions and mergers.
